Here is PVC Floor Stripping Case to share at a Guangdong hospital.

With our EZstrip Pad, XCoarse step, we use the Excentr 55-35 oscillating machine and Karva single disc machine (heavy-duty one, around 100kg), then we can easily remove the old coatings, with water only! It's a normal case in Europe but in China, it's THE FIRST TIME of applying our Polycrystal stripping pad without floor stripper (chemical) use.

What problems can we solve?

1.Yellow polluted spots. The FM said when they use the floor stripper on PVC where is exposed to the sun then the PVC floor will be dyed and you have to spend more time to remove it, very hard.

2.Terrible smell to the patient and workers. Some good-quality floor stripper will not have this problem but it means expensive, the FM will not choose the better one if the budget says no.

3.Labor and time. Dilute the floor stripper, Keep them warm for always, put on and wait for 20-30 minutes then stripping the surface by machine, sometimes you have to repeat if the coating residues left...

We learn a lot details we didn't know before from the FM. Thanks to the FM team. We finally confirmed a complete solution for them, not only PVC stripping (60,000㎡), but also marble and terrazzo polishing.
