In this Before & After video, you could easily see orange peels in Before part but clear shine in the After part. The contractor use chemicals to maintain the marble and the gloss is good but the shine is dispensing and not clear.

That's why in our article we recommend clarity data as top concern also. On a concrete project, Clarity data will be more important than Gloss data in the final project assessment according to the ACI (American Concrete Institution) conference 2019.

Talking about marble, if you prefer crystal powder when polishing floor, then you will always have orange peels problem! Why? Because you never remove away the scratches cover on the surface, then you just make up with cream but the scratches are still there... If you can use Resin-bond pads to restore and strip out the scratches then you will get a clear, high and longer-lasting gloss.

Besides, some people will restore marble with resin-bond pads but maintain floor by polishing powder, it's recommended because if you rely on chemical in daily maintenance routine then the marble floor will lose the calcium constantly and bring out the problems of orange peels and illness.
