Last weekend, we made a perfect polishing job on artificial marble floor. We use our Mshine Marble Pad with water only and finally the floor gloss climbs from 30 to 78 and the clarity from 70 to 97.

Before employing our 100% mechanical polishing solution, the restoration and polishing routine for artificial stone floor will use chemicals compound. This is the first time to Mshine marble pad in this large area.

Machine: Floor grinder with 12 heads, 330kg, 1800 RPM

Samples: Mshine Marble Pad 400#-800#-1500#-3000#, 4 steps (No lippages)

Method: Cross polishing with water only

The Result:

Step 1 400#, gloss 5-8, clarity 40 around

Step 2 800#, gloss 30 around, clarity 60-70

Step 3 1500#, gloss 50-70, clarity 85-90

Step 4 3000#, gloss 70-85, clarity 90-97
