From 24th Oct. to 26th Oct., Ashine sent 5 colleagues from the production team and customer service team to attended a 3-day LP (Lean Production) Training held by AiRui College. On 28th Oct., Ashine production team has organized a small presentation meeting to share all knowledge learning from the training and today, all management and training teams attend the upgrade meeting.

The Lean Production focuses on different methods to check the problems of production workflows and find the right path to fix them, especially to think overall potential practical problems. People can participate in brainstorming so the point is people from various positions could easily find his or her problem and speak out. Then we can gather them to optimize the workflow from an overall perspective. Efficiency is important but the Quality we also have to pay more attention on. As Ashine saying goes: "QC starts but no endings". So efficiency can not calculate with only numbers but also the numbers with the quality.
